Combermere Abbey Cottages has been chosen for the finals of a top national tourism competition. The cottages are set in the grounds of ancient Combermere Abbey, four miles to the west of Audlem. Last year they scooped the award for best in the self-catering category of the Northwest Regional Development Agency's tourism awards. Now they have been chosen from over 100 other winners nationally to compete for the VisitBritain national award in April.
