I will be facilitating Laughter Yoga sessions on Wednesdays between 4.00pm and 5.00pm at the Audlem Scout Hall.
Laughter Yoga is part of the ancient Indian yoga science of holistic lifestyle. It encourages, empowers and enables us to laugh for a better physical and mental health.
Our aim is to laugh with positive feelings to feel good and to be well. All age groups are welcome. We will do fun activities and laugh as a group.
Classes are starting from the 28th January between 4.00 and 5.00pm and then each Wednesday.
