There is a reference to the Police Investigation – Chris Briggs has reported the following from that meeting:-

"a message has been received from the investigating officer in respect of the missing APC money, that a report has been submitted to the police legal dept to review the file to ensure the file is ok for submission to CPS for their consideration to mount a prosecution"
