Voting closes on the 18th

So if you haven't voted already, please try to find a few minutes to go through the process – if successful it could mean another
£3500 from the Aviva Community Fund to purchase benches, lockers and all the other bits and pieces that will be needed in the changing rooms in the new Public Hall Annexe.

You may have seen the site for the new Annexe being cleared of trees ready for construction – imagine the resplendent new Annexe standing there in ten months time, ready to be kitted out for the Youth Club, ADCA, 5A's, Community Gym and the football teams (ladies and men) – the changing rooms are important to most if not all of those activities.

We believe just over 100 people have voted, which is good, but we could do with a lot more.

We appreciate that the voting process is a bit tortuous, and you will probably get some marketing response from Aviva, but it costs nothing and could be a big boost to the funding of the Annexe.

The closing date for placing votes is November 18th 2016.

The process is in three steps

  • 1. Register with the Aviva site. They ask for an e-mail address and password (which is then confirmed using a very similar process to the one AudlemOnline uses).
  • 2. Log in to the site using the e-mail address and password you have registered.
  • 3. Vote for the APHAx project. The easiest way to do this within the voting process is to type the word "Audlem" into the search box and then click on search – the APHAx project will appear. You click on this and at last a voting form appears and you can actually record your (ten, we hope!) votes.

You can start the whole process by clicking here. It is a bit fiddly, but it should only take a couple of minutes and if we succeed it will be worth it and you will have played your part in the success of the Annexe.
