Ladies Keep Fit after Easter

Lynne Scott has written to say Ladies Keep Fit will start shortly after Easter – all are welcome. The "Keep Young & Beautiful" sessions are on Wednesday afternoons at 1.30pm at the Audlem Scout & Guide Hall – Lynne says all ages are most welcome, so come and make lots of friends and join in the fun!

Lynne adds: "Please tell all your friends – we need your support. We are also hoping to do a Chair Based Exercise Class at the Public Hall and have already had a few enquiries for this too, so this new one at the Scout Hall will be for the ones who are a little bit fitter, shall we say!"
