Ivy Cottage Planning – Refused

Audlem Parish Council is pleased to report that the planning application to demolish part of and convert the existing barn at Ivy Cottage and to build five detached properties in open countryside in the area bounded by Woore Road and Mount Pleasant has been refused.

Part of the land is in the Salford and Woore Road Conservation Area with the rest being adjacent to it.

The Parish Council and a considerable number of residents objected to the proposal for a number of reasons including conflict with the Neighbourhood Plan.
