Is it high speed Broadband?

Busy yesterday in the village, I photographed these three vans.

I don't know if all are connected or not. BT Openreach seemed to be replacing cable between Vicarage Gardens and the bottom of Windmill Drive.

Anything to do with high speed Broadband?

AudlemOnline adds: The last we heard Highspeed Broadband was arriving a little slower than expected and it should get here early in the New Year. We have been hearing reports of other villages getting it recently, but these were in the north of Cheshire.
