Interested in photography? A new Link on Audlem Online

Audlem resident Simon Cotter is the Publicity Officer and has recently become the web master for Crewe Photographic Society. Simon has contributed a number of the images that are used on Audlem Online and for the Parish Plan and Cheshire Life articles on the village. Crewe Photographic Society was established in 1947 (and is therefore celebrating its 60th birthday next year!). It is a friendly and helpful society open to all ages and abilities. They were awarded a Lottery Grant in 2003 which they've used to equip the club with a laptop, scanner and digital projector so that they could help their members and the community embrace the digital revolution while traditional film photography is also still very much alive and kicking. The society meets at 7.45pm every Thursday at Crewe Library from September to May.
