Information on George Green

I've just had a call from a gentleman in Market Drayton who says he has had this 1934 Austin 7 for thirty years and it used to belong to a George Green.

He would like to know something about George. I have found that George is in the electoral register for 1935 as living in Longhill. Can anyone add any information?
