Another successful Village Fete despite the threat of rain. Many thanks for these images from Jean Stainthorpe and others. We understand the torrential rain the night before resulted in the Fire Appliance needing a tow off the field ! – but many people still turned out for an enjoyable afternoon, thanks to the many organisers.
