How to Report Faulty Street Lights

STREET LIGHTS NOT WORKING?

If you notice that one or more street lights are out of action you can report it directly to Cheshire East Council. The following link takes you through a very simple process: Click here

Enter the name of the street or the postcode, if known, and you will be routed to a map where you can identify the light that is out of action and give a brief outline of what is wrong. You can upload a photo if the lamp has been damaged in some way. You can request an update on what action has been taken; alternatively, as you will be given a reference number for your report you can track repair status on line.

This information will be put on the Parish Council section of AudlemOnline for easy reference in the future.
