How are we doing?

So far so good

Twenty four hours have passed and the new website is still hanging in there – we are now past the point of no return...

On the positive side we have had some encouraging comments about the improvements in ease of use on mobile phones.

Problems and Issues

The particular problems reported so far include

• No access to the history "shorts" articles.
• Format problem with chatbox so that you can't see the bottom line properly.
• Buy/sell items that were on the old system have disappeared – we did warn that this would happen – they will simply have to be re-entered where still wanted.
• We seem to have lost photographs of the Party on the Park from previous years.
• The updated COVID statistics are not appearing. We know why this is and we will be giving it priority to be fixed.
• The layout and content of the "transport" and "features" boxes at the bottom of the home page are not what we want – this may take a few days to fix.

Onwards and Upwards...
