Amongst the planning issues that came up at Monday's Audlem Parish Council meeting were two that attracted unanimous votes against by parish councillors. They were:

  • 15/0775N Removal of Condition 3 relating to the Provison of Social Housing on Site of Thornton House, Emberton Place, Audlem
  • 15/0903N Formal Request to Discharge the S106 requiring Education and Health Care Contributions on Planning Permission 14/3976N (22 Heathfield Road)

Councillors wanted Wulvern to keep all the new bungalows as 100% social housing for rent and opposed any change to this condition.

They were also concerned that Hockenhull, having obtained outline planning consent for the development off Heathfield Road, was now trying to get out of the Section 106 offers made by the developer for Medical and Educational facilities, presumably because there had been no similar Section 106 conditions imposed by the Planning Inspector on the Little Heath planning approval to Gladman.

Councillors vote unanimously against the Formal Request.
