History Society this evening

Several local people have had personal experience of life in the TB Sanatorium in Loggerheads near Market Drayton.

Eric Pemberton, who started the Blore area History Society three years ago, has researched the history of the sanatorium.

He will be giving this month's talk this evening Thursday, 20th March, at 7.15 for 7.30pm in the Scout and Guide Hall and would like to hear other people's memories.

Fortunately, there is less TB around nowadays but we can still mark the effect this disease had on families and individuals.

All welcome, school children and students free.
