History Society Meetings

The History Society has three more talks this year, this Thursday 21st Tony Bostock well known Cheshire Historian will talk on 'Cheshire's ancient Parish churches'.

Next Month on October 19th Bob Poole, Isobel Sykes and others will tell of their experiences with Audlem's fire brigade and a bit of its history.

On November 16th we shall have a short AGM and then Celia Bloor will talk about what we actually know of Audlem's history from its beginnings to about 1800.

All talks will show slides and include refreshments. Starting promptly at 7.30 in the Scout and Guide hall, members, schoolchildren and full time students free, visitors £3.
