In an amazing example of church co-operation, today's Methodist service was held at St James' and the Anglican service was held at the Methodist Church.
They swapped because the Methodist Church had the Nantwich Circuit Service in Audlem and extra space was needed for the large numbers attending. Helen Chantry and the PCC of St James' were happy to help in what is possibly an ecumenical first for Audlem.
