Heart Start courses in January

Three places remain for this Sunday's course in Hankelow – the course is free so contact Helen Marsden ASAP.

##Have you seen the AED (Automated External Defibrillator) in the old telephone box in Buerton? Have you seen the AED in the Audlem village car park? Do you know how to use them?

Do you know how an AED fits into the "chain of survival"? Can you perform CPR?

If your answer to any of these questions is no, then why not come and learn some Emergency Life Saving Skills on one of our FREE British Heart Foundation "Heartstart" courses:

• Sunday 6th Jan starting at 2pm – 4.30pm in Hankelow Chapel Hall
• Thursday 24th Jan starting at 7pm – 9.30pm in Audlem Village Hall

All ages are welcome (from 10 upwards)!

Whilst the course is free, numbers are limited, so your place must be booked in advance by sending an e-mail to marsdeh@btinternet.com – ou will receive confirmation of your free booking.
