Beautiful Harris Hawk in our garden all day yesterday – complete with jesses and bells.

I've seen someone flying one in Kinsey Heath – has anybody reported one missing?

Our local buzzards not keen – chased it off once.

The Harris Hawk is a medium-large bird of prey, common in the south western United States south to Chile and Argentina.

They are sometimes reported in Britain, but as it is a popular species in falconry, as this bird in Coxbank is clearly, any local sighting will be a bird that has escaped from captivity.
