Hankelow speed limit starts today

The Hankelow speed limit, the subject of some debate on the Chatbox, will come into operation today, 20th August.

It will impose a speed limit of 30 mph on the A529 through Hankelow, which was previously subject to a 60 mph speed limit.

The wraps will, of course, be coming off the signs in our photograph.
