ADCA Race Night – information for all attending on Saturday

Please do not come to our Race Night if you have any symptoms of Covid-19.

We’re asking ticket holders to arrive 30 minutes before the start of the event so that everyone can be comfortably settled at their table before the start at 7.30p.m. Please ensure that you have your ticket ready and give your name to the ADCA volunteers at the door, who will direct you to your table.

At the entrance to the Public Hall, you will see the NHS Track and Trace QR code, please scan using your smart phone if you can.

Hand sanitiser will be available at the Hall entrance, also on each table and at the bar. Please do use the hand sanitiser at frequent intervals during the evening; it is provided for your safety and that of others.

We recommend that you wear a face covering at all times when you are in the Public Hall except when you’re eating and drinking, unless you are exempt.

Also, please remain in your seat throughout the event, except when ordering or collecting food or drink (see below), when visiting the Tote, collecting prizes and of course when using the Hall toilets.

Refreshments

The “Nag’s Head” bar will be open on arrival and throughout the evening, but please ensure only one person from your party comes to the bar to order drinks. At the interval we will call each table in turn to collect their supper tray from the serving hatch of the Hall kitchen.

This will help ensure the safety of everyone, including our volunteers who are serving the drinks and the food.

THANK YOU – ENJOY THE EVENING!
