Greetings from Canada

A big Canadian 'Hello' to you and all the folk in Audlem! We sure miss living in that beautiful part of the world.

But, we are really happy that a local couple have decided to start selling the yummy Welsh cheese we had onboard Cheeseboat 2. We felt pretty sad leaving our customers without such a good product when we had to return here for family reasons.

Sue and Ade (The Borders Cheese Carrying Company) have been in touch with us and we know, from reports back, that they had a great inaugural weekend in Audlem for the Mothering Sunday celebration.

We are happy to endorse their efforts - we think they have been in touch with Audlem Online so hopefully local folk will know they can come down to the canal again and get that great cheese!

Meanwhile, we are desperately trying to think how we can get involved in this year's Carnival, perfect time on the Music and Arts Festival  weekend... just need to win a lottery!
