Green Lane Field – update

When the Parish Council's bid was delivered to Wright Marshall's office at Beeston they were informed that the closing date for the receipt of Informal Tenders has been extended until 30th May.

It is understood that there was a problem with the vendor's solicitors that has delayed proceedings by two weeks.

As the tender is by sealed bid, none of the bids so far delivered will be opened until 30th May.
