• Butter beans – served in tomato sauce with onion, garlic, herbs and seasoning
• Feta parcel – feta cheese seasoned and baked in filo pastry served with honey and sesame seeds

Main

• Moussaka – minced lamb, seasoning and onions layered with potatoes, tomatoes and aubergine, topped with white sauce and cheese **
• Traditional Greek salad – mixed salad with olive oil, red wine vinegar, olives and feta cheese

Sweets

• Greek nutty biscuits – Pistachio, walnuts and almonds with rose flavouring
