A couple of weeks ago, an empty shopping trolley was left at the foot of the steps to Whitchurch Road going down the hill from Copthorne. After a couple of days no one had collected it so I took it to the Co op. They confirmed it was theirs.
This morning another one has been left on the pavement between Heywoods Ridge and Holly Bank.
Why?
If the trolley was used to carry shopping to a house why leave it there? What else would it have been used for? And shouldn't the person responsible at least return it to the store.
Can anyone shed any light on this?
