Great news about The Bridge Inn

We have received the following message from Carl Traill (Business Development Manager of Marstons Pub Company):

"I would like to let you know about Marstons plans for the Bridge Inn. A major refurbishment is now underway and planning permission has been applied for to add a very attractive dining conservatory and external seating area with views over the canal. Due to time delays in getting planning permission the pub is likely to be developed in two phases. The first being a long awaited refurbishment.

"The new Licensees are locals, and they aim to make the Bridge a first class pub for locals and tourists alike. There will be a greater focus on quality food and drink, and a quantum leap from its former "boozer" days and the rowdy problems associated.

"The people of Audlem can be rest assured that they will be getting what they deserve – 'a quality pub with quality licensees'.

"We are hoping to be open at the end of February, in time for Mothering Sunday and Easter, we look forward to seeing you then."
