Positive Progress and A Good Report

"We had a Teaching and Learning Review in school last Thursday, this review is carried out to check on progress in our school and to evaluate how well school is doing. I am delighted to report that the outcomes of this review were very positive.

Andree Coleman, who carried out the review, reported that: "There is a strong, team approach to school improvement with all staff playing their part in improving the quality of education provided at Audlem St James. Effective systems ensure that pupils' progress is monitored and that teachers are held to account.

"Pupils are making good progress and senior leaders show a determination to raise standards and overcome the legacy of previous slow progress and underachievement."

The head teacher adds: "This is another clear indicator of how far our school has come and is testament to the hard work of staff, Governors, parents and children."
