Fun-ky Weekend success

Ian Haughey, one of the organisers of Fun-ky Weekend says: "Suffice to say, it was a weekend where kids of all ages, and I mean all ages, have been entertained making potato heads and mobiles, and storytellers, circus skills, and hands-on weird science with egg throwing thrown in, fascinating exotic animals close up, pitted their skills in the Triathalon, raced in the Tour De France at the cycle roller, risked life and limb in the Box Kart derby, bent it like Beckham at the football skills and played Wimbledon, partied on with live music from the Igloo Invasion, Foxy Wellingtons the ageless Duffeys with Paul Turner on drums whilst enjoying chilli suppers at the chilli night, performed and danced on stage in the spotlight, and then capped it all off with a superb BBQ, just had to be an OK time!"

Ian, who has managed to capture the whole weekend in one sentence, adds that he will be writing a full report for Audlem Online once he's started to recover!
