These are extracts from FASA's end of term newsletter:
Thank You Very Much. Another very successful fund raising term. A very big thank you to all those who have generously donated and supported our events without which we couldn't raise this sort of money to support our children's learning at school. We look forward to your continued support in the future.
FASA has supported:
Spooky Disco
Another fun night with lots of fantastic dancing skills on show and some fabulous games all orchestrated by DJ Chris. A profitable and well supported night. Thank you to Chris and Ann Marshall for their help.
Children's Christmas Cards and Mugs
A great idea to get personal cards, gift tags and mugs in time for Christmas. Thank you to everyone who supported this and placed orders. FASA raised £370 from this.
The Big Switch On
Another well supported event, lovely singing at school and an impressive procession into the village for Santa's arrival and the Big Switch on. FASA held a successful tombola under the Buttermarket.
A fantastic evening that was very well supported. An amazing £1,533.64 was raised! Tombolas, games, cake stall, refreshments, face painting.....the list goes on! Fantastic Raffle Prizes were donated thank you to all who supported this.
We were also supported by some outside stalls which added to the festive feeling and of course our very special visitor in his beautifully decorated Grotto. Thank you very much to Mrs. Southall Martin and Kate Goodwin for their superb décor. A massive thank you also to Mr Ralph Warburton for ensuring Santa arrived safely and on time!
A very successful fund raising method which regularly brings in an average of £100 month or so, a steady fund raiser. Thank you to Audlem community who supported our collection this term and raised £70. A big thank you to Mrs Judy Benson of Williams' Newsagents for her ongoing support for the community Rag Bag collection.
Please can all donations be placed into a plastic bag and securely tied before placing in the bin.
Please look out for dates and come along and get involved!
