Sausage Taste-Off at Oxtail & Trotter

The shortlisted three entries into the Sausage Competition are:

1. Bloody Mary Pork Sausages
2. Pork, Cranberry, Cheshire Cheese & Chive Sausages
3. Pork, Oregano, Thyme & Honey Sausages

Today we will be having a taste-off in the courtyard to decide on the "Audlem Sausage" and welcome you all to come and sample the three different flavour combinations and then vote on your favourite.

The winner will become the "Audlem Sausage" and the winning entrant will get to come and make their sausages with the team at Oxtail & Trotter and take 102 sausages home with them!
(That is a lot of sausage & mash, toad in the hole, cassoulet...for this coming winter! )

Tastings will be taking place between 10am – 2pm

We look forward to seeing you then to debate on the perfect sausage flavour for Audlem.
