Well what can we say, where have the last twelve months gone?
Its official, The Flower Divas have been open for business for one year, and we are pleased to be able to report that even in these tough economic times the business is growing, thanks in the main to local support.
We would like to thank all our customers and fellow business owners in the village for their continued support as well as everyone's kind cooperation during our reduced opening hours through the school summer break. We would not have a business without your support.
We are also proud to announce we have been selected as a preferred Florist for Combermere Abbey and as such we already have a number of Weddings booked for next year which is very exciting news, as well as a number of weddings locally in the village.
We have been working closely with Oxley's Funeral Directors and more specifically with Cynthia Murray over the summer.
One article we posted on Audlem Online about the Bereavement training we ran for nursing Students actually featured in the Shropshire Star with really positive results and feedback for us. This can only be good for business and our reputation in Funeral and sympathy Floral designs.
But with September now upon us, we are busy planning some exiting events for the next couple of months and hope soon to be able to post details about our planned ladies shopping evening.
This will be complete with Flower demonstrations and ideas for the home during the Winter and Festive seasons, as well as dates for Flower school classes and Festive wreath making courses.
Once again many thanks to everyone for supporting us and here's to another successful year ahead.
Sam and Dominique
