"Hardly dramatic scenes.
"Those of us who live here (and that is my back garden in the photo) are used to this. Dramatic is when you can't see the garden and the water is a foot deeper – a once a 10 year occurrence in the past. Hopefully it remains so.
"The Brook is there to do a job and this it."
