Headlines – 4 vehicles towed out of Swanbach "ford", reports of cars at Corbrook also being stuck. Advisable to not use those 2 routes to MarketDrayton and Nantwich. Also informed that Coole Pilate route also not passable close to Nantwich, and A51 near Bridgemere also a problem route. Photos to follow.

Thank you for the early reports of the 'usual flooding' which I was able to pass on to Cheshire East. Your early reports meant Audlem was at the front of the queue!

I am told by CE highways that a team has attended Old Railway Bridge but is unable to clear the volume of flood water so the A529 will again be closed.

I hope there is better news at Corbrook but await a update from highways.
