Later this month, it's the first anniversary since Louise and Rachel took over The Village Fryer.

Previously Just The Plaice Too, Audlem's fish & chip shop came under the new management of Louise and Rachel and the business was renamed The Village Fryer 'Audlem'.

Now, they are looking for ideas to celebrate that first birthday of running a business in Audlem.

Anyone that visits will know that they'll find great quality but if you can add that little extra – a good birthday idea – it will be more than welcome.

The Fish & Chip shop's opening hours are Monday – Saturday from 11.30am – 2.00pm and 4.30 – 9.00pm. On Sundays, Louise and Rachel say they will be potato picking.

In Cheshire Street, opposite the Public Hall and Car Park, The Village Fryer is a traditional Fish & Chip shop selling fresh battered fish, pies, sausages, chips and a range of soft drinks.
