As always, the children have been amazing this year and I am so proud of how every child has been able to cope withthe stress and turmoil of the last year with a smile on their faces.

I know that I speak for every teacher in the schoolwhen I say that this is why we love our job – to see the children happy and learning. I have seen how important it isfor the children to be in school and how they flourish due to being able to interact with each other and progress withtheir learning which is lovely to see.
I know that we will carry on ensuring we look after the whole child and make suretheir well being is at the heart of everything that we do.

However, we are still in very uncertain times as we have an increase in different variants in the Cheshire East areaand also positive cases in our school. This means that over the last week we have had to change our plans to ensurethat we look after everyone within the community. I know that this is disappointing but I must ensure the safety ofthe children, staff, parents and local community.

I also want everyone to be able to have a Christmas with theirfamilies.

I hope that everyone has a wonderful Christmas and a Happy New Year and look forward to seeing you all in January
