This evening, Thursday, 4th December, it's the first ever Audlem Festive Evening of Late Night Shopping at a range of village shops, the ideal time to make serious inroads into the Christmas shopping list and get into the Festive spirit.

There will be free nibbles and drinks and the village will be illuminated with fifty Christmas trees. Santa's elves will be in the village too while Santa will be in his grotto in Williams' Newsagents – it's free entry and, for a donation of £1.50, a gift from Santa. Carol singers will add to the atmosphere on what will be a lovely evening to shop 'til you drop!

Bo-Tique, the recently opened shop in Shropshire Street, will offer Ladies' fashions and accessories, gifts, pyjamas, lingerie, Men's accessories and gifts. Free gift wrapping.

Braids will offer beauty and hair products, gift vouchers, free gift wrapping and nail treatments.

Audlem Mill is open for its amazing range of gift and craft ideas.

The Coffee Lounge will have Delicatessen gifts and hampers, hot drinks and snacks.

Williams' Newsagents will have gifts for all the family, Christmas cards, gift-wrap, calendars and Santa in his Grotto.

The Post Office will be joining in with cards, gifts, stationery, jewellery and handbags.

It's all happening this Christmas in Audlem where an amazing range of Christmas gifts can be bought locally, a great way to take some of the hastle out of shopping while boosting the local economy. The Festive Evening tonight, Thursday, is from 6.00pm to 10.00pm although times may vary for some shops.Detailed reviews on Audlem's shops will continue to appear regularly on Audlem Online over the coming weeks.
