Festival plans in full swing

The Lord C is to be fully decorated externally this week to present a fine face for the Big May weekend event.

Signs and banner now in place. Preparations being made for the creation of the three stages and the marquees by the Festival Team. The transformation will take place on Friday/ Saturday 23/24th.

Stocks of beers etc all ordered; Ice creams by the gallon will be there for the taking; Sweets by the yard in the shops; Cafes all geared up; Chippy opening extra hours to meet higher demand.

All in all, a big build up – and building!
