It's a full day of entertainment at the Audlem Festival with music to suit all tastes in a wide variety of venues – the three pubs' outdoor stages, Scout Hall, the Wharf and the Courtyard at Eleven Cheshire Street.

Add to that the Art Exhibition opening today in the Methodist Church hall, poetry – including a Children's Poetry Workshop at Audlem Mill – and a full programme of choral music in St James' Church.

It's almost impossible for us to tell you everything. Simply click on to the Audlem Festival website here.

All in all, there's thirty events today so it's well worth planning your day.

We suspect a few will be heading to The Lord Combermere at 1.30pm to hear New Moon Fever with local rockabilly Billy Gibbons – so you get comedy too today!

Don't forget, there's camping near the centre of the village if you are travelling a distance – the field seemed very popular this afternoon.
