The Festival gets under way today with evening events in the pubs.

Baxter – The Lord Combermere 7PM (inside)

Baxter is the musical duo of Hayley Strangelove and Paul Senior.
They cover a wide range of songs with great musicianship, fantastic humour and ridiculous banter.

The Mad Dog Davies Band – The Shroppie Fly 9PM (inside)

Rock and Roll, Rockabilly, Country, RnB, Blues, Punk and everything else in between! Fronted by local legend Bryn 'Mad Dog' Davies, this eclectic and hugely entertaining band will no doubt deliver another barnstorming set for your enjoyment.

Dave Nettleton – The Bridge Inn 9.30PM (inside)

Audlem's own solo folk-blues, dark Americana singer-songwriter has been captivating audiences with his hauntingly beautiful music. Inspired by greats like the Lumineers, Colter Wall, Johnny Cash, The Civil Wars, and Billy Bragg, Nettleton's Original music is a perfect blend of modern and classic folk elements, evoking a sound that is both nostalgic and fresh.
