All the team at Oxtail & Trotter are really looking forward to a weekend of music and fun in Audlem!

We have lots going on in the Courtyard this weekend, live music, cookery demos, chocolate tasting...don't eat breakfast before you come in is my advice, or at least have a light breakfast.

In the butchers shop we will have a counter stocked full of delicious BBQ offerings and ready to cook meals, so if you are planning a long day at the festival pop in to get something easy to cook later in the day.

If you are planning to cook a feast for friends and need a decent quantity of BBQ items or marinated meats please give us a call to place your order, this way there will be no waiting around – just pick up at your required time.

As we mentioned last week on AudlemOnline, we are delighted to be hosting a few cookery demonstrations with the wonderful Zalena from Rose Petals & Rice. Zalena will be showing people how to make a lamb kheema laced with fresh herbs and masalas with homemade naan bread and cucumber and coriander raita. The naan will be stone baked earlier in the day on Zalena's pizza oven and it goes without saying – there will be lots of tasters on offer!

We will be selling some of the marinated lamb mince in the shop for you to try at home – the perfect late night snack after a full day of fun at the music festival!

These portions will be sold in sealed oven trays and are ready to throw in the oven at your leisure. We look forward to seeing you all over the weekend!
