Festival Art Exhibition

The Art Exhibition will be open for viewing on Saturday, Sunday and Monday this weekend in the Methodist Chapel.

There are over twenty artists and designers from South Cheshire and North Shropshire displaying their work, using a variety of techniques including oil paints, acrylics, water colour, collage and textile work, sometimes combining them all together.

The Primary School will have a display of a project on Aboriginal Art and there will be the much requested and not to be missed masking tape Last Supper by Mike Reeves – see photo.

There are one or two places remaining on the workshop by Kate Mckennan on Saturday morning, so if you are interested in having some colour tuition and producing a small painting e-mail me at christmjdill@live.co.uk ASAP and I will book you in.

We are looking forward to another huge success as we try to enhance the village's arts reputation.
