The famous Monday Audlem music session

The famous Monday Audlem music session has moved to The Bridge Inn.

We've been at the Shroppie Fly for around nine years, every Monday night.  However, with the departure of Andy and Kate from The Fly, the future direction of the pub seems uncertain, so we have decided to move to The Bridge. 

The session started in the Lord Combermere around 1998, so it's now inflicted itself on all three Audlem pubs!

We're in the conservatory from 8.30pm, with the usual chaotic organisation and huge range of music and instruments.  All are welcome to perform, join in or listen.

We are all grateful to Gary and Vicky for making us welcome in our new home, though they have yet to savour the delights of the one-stringed-fiddle...

And in case you think the "famous" in the opening line is a bit OTT, due to canal visitors the word gets spread, and we get visitors from all over the world. 

Don't forget the 15th Audlem Bagpipe & Hurdy Gurdy Day will also be at The Bridge this Saturday from 12.00noon, until they run out of wind or their strings snap.
