My name is Charlotte and I run Exercise with Baby Classes in Crewe, Nantwich, Sandbach and surrounding areas. There will be classes coming to Audlem from January 2015 on a Wednesday at 10.30am.

Exercise with baby is a unique postnatal exercise and recovery program for mothers with babies from 8 weeks to 13 months.

With the aid of medical professionals and co-founded by a GP, our programme has been specifically developed for the needs of new mummies.

In the early days we work at repairing weakened muscles (abdominals, pelvic floor, etc), combating common symptoms (hip alignment, back strengthening, etc) posture and gentle toning. Once we feel you are ready, we then up the intensity with a mixture of cardio, toning (targeting the lower abdominal area) and strengthening work, all of which is still carefully designed for the needs of postnatal women.

Using a variety of sensory techniques, baby is kept entertained and engaged with throughout all of our routines, making our sessions a fun bonding experience for both mummy and baby.

We create a fun friendly atmosphere and our groups are a great way to meet and socialise with other mummies and babies.

Each session is one hour long which includes 45 minutes exercise (this is usually baby's limit) and 15 minutes to unwind, tend to baby and socialise.

The classes will be held at the Public Hall on a Wednesday starting Wednesday 7th January at 10.30 to 11.30am to cover ages 8 weeks to speedy crawlers.

As the class fills I will look to hold more sessions to accommodate the age range of 8 weeks up to 13 months, still on a Wednesday and then on alternative days dependant on the demand from the Mummies.
More details nearer the New Year.
