End of season for the Lass

The last voyage of 2017

This photo was taken by one of our regular passengers, Leanne.

She took it on Sunday 29th Oct from the tow path as we entered the marina with a boat full of passengers, on this our last sailing run of the 2017 Season. It had been a beautiful day and we had been busy. Leanne captured the moment beautifully.

The Audlem Lass will go back into the water on 31st March 2018 for the 2018 Season but will do the special Santa run on the 24th November bringing Santa along the Shropshire Union Canal into the Wharf at Audlem village for 'The Big Switch-On'. Wish candles will be lit and floated onto the water, raising further funds for the RNLI.

The 2017 Season

We have had a record year with over 4650 passengers and 409 dogs. All run by a great team of volunteers.
