Electricity supplies on the blink

Billy Gibbons was the first to report to chatbox intermittent power cuts in his electricity supply. Fearing that it might be a 1950's gremlin in his wiring, he asked whether others had suffered from the same problem recently.

The answer was a veritable deluge of reports of similar incidents, mainly from people living at the Green Lane/Cox Bank/Bagley Lane/ Paddock Lane/Kinsey Heath/Chapel End side of the village.

The outages appear to be very short, but enough to cause resets in equipment.

The incidents have been reported by several users to the appropriate authorities and it is expected that some remedial action will be taken soon....
