When I first arrived in the village it was just before the start of the first lockdown. There were a group of folks who set up a stall in the car park of the Lord Combermere selling fresh produce and eggs. At the time, they were short of egg boxes so I started collecting a few for them, which were gratefully received.
Since then I have continued collecting egg boxes but I haven't seen said folk on a Saturday since the lockdown restrictions eased. I now have a handsome collection of egg boxes, the quantity of which would easily lend itself to starting a small poultry farm. I'm loathe to bin them and I was wondering if you knew anybody that might be grateful for the same.
