EarlyBird Activities

The 2010 Parish Plan is being drawn up by various groups of volunteers. Our group, the Parish Plan Access Group, has been asked to look at the way in which Audlem meets the needs of all our residents.

Recently, we have been looking at how single parents could be best served. Obviously there are lots of things going on in the village and the big events are wonderful for everyone. However we have been told that babysitters add considerably to the cost of an evening out and are sometimes not that easy to find.

Would it be possible for a few more activities to be arranged in the early evening so that the children could come along and adults could get together at the same time?

This would benefit all families, not just single parents and help support local business as an added bonus.
