Dog Poo in the Village

There appear to be a large population of dogs in the village , and the vast majority of owners are responsible and clear up after their dogs

However, AudlemOnline receives a steady trickle of submissions both on Chatbox and by email of exasperated residents who come across dog poo not cleared up by their owners. Some even have had dog poo cleared then thrown into their garden.

It is not for AudlemOnline to judge on this issue but to bring to the community what is clearly an ongoing contentious issue.

A recent Chabox submission appeared to give outline descriptions of alleged offenders but without any substantiating evidence. So after listening to appeals we have decided to withdraw that submission and not publish related submissions.

We are strongly of the opinion this issue should be taken up with the Parish Council and Cheshire East, and we would be happy to report what actions result.
