A dog owner problem

A local resident writes: "I am in a quandary. I am horrified by the actions of a local woman who is a dog owner and walker who persistently picks her dog waste up from outside our house and then, when at the top of Mount Pleasant, throws the bags over the hedge and leaves them dangling rather than disposing of them correctly.

"Would it be possible to post something about this sort of behaviour?

"I have seen her do this and next time I see her I will speak to her. I know where she lives and am at the point of reporting her but not sure who to!"

We are publishing this in the hope that the person in question reads it and responds positively rather than the local resident having to take action.

We can only hope.
