Do you know Kenneth Garland?

Hello. Would you be able to help me? I am trying to trace Kenneth Garland.

Last known address is 6 Moorsfield Ave, Audlem in 1998.

He became engaged to Ruth who lived in the same road. Ken would now be 84. I have tried so hard to find him but with no luck. I would be so grateful if you could help.
