Creating Dementia Friendly Nantwich are delighted to announce, as part of National Dementia Action week that they will be holding a free Dementia Action Day at the Civic Hall in Nantwich.
Doors open 10am to 4pm

- Information Stands, help support and guidance from professionals and your local community
Come and experience an action-packed event full of information and experiences to support you in your Dementia journey whether you are a carer, the person living with dementia, a friend or a family member all are welcome.
